WRONG, DAMAGED OR MISPRINTED?
Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and you'll get a free replacement or a full refund — your choice. Fastest way: trymstene.com/contact

LOST IN TRANSIT?
If your order never arrives, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and we'll send a replacement or refund you.

CHANGE OF MIND
Because each product is made to order (and custom designs are personal to you), made-on-demand items are exempt from the 14-day withdrawal right for distance sales (EU Directive 2011/83/EU, art. 16(c) — goods made to the consumer's specifications). If something still feels wrong with your order, write to us anyway — we're a one-person banana operation and we'll figure it out.

SIZING
Garments are made to order, so please check the size guide on the product page before purchasing — size-swap returns aren't possible.

CUSTOM ORDERS
Custom designs are reviewed by hand before printing. If a design can't be printed, you receive a full refund and nothing is produced.
